These terms explain in plain language what evshake does and what it does not do. By using evshake, you accept them.
Listings
Every listing is written by its seller. The seller alone is responsible for the information in it: the description, the price, the photos and the details of the car. evshake does not check that this information is correct or complete.
What evshake does
evshake helps sellers and buyers of used electric cars to find each other. We are not part of the sale: any agreement is made between the seller and the buyer.
evshake cannot be held responsible for any problem between a seller and a buyer, whether it happens on this website or outside it, for example during a viewing, a payment or the handover of the car.
Your data
- We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising. Some service providers process it on our behalf, and some of it is shared with other users as part of how the marketplace works, for example your email address when you write to a seller. The privacy notice explains exactly what, with whom and for how long.
